We had a wonderful Christmas stay at this hotel. the rooms were nicely furnished and comfortable. the hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the nearby attractions and beautiful natural scenery. One of the best aspects was the delicious food at the restaurant. We enjoyed a mouthwatering vegetarian meal that was cooked to perfection. the staff at the hotel were also friendly and provided excellent service. it was a delightful experience.
There were a few aspects that we didn't particularly like. the water in the shower was not hot enough, which was quite disappointing.

The location is fantastic, right near a beautiful waterfall where you can swim. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and attentive to my needs. The restaurant at the hotel was outstanding and served delicious meals. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.

Located in a charming town surrounded by extinct volcanoes and along the banks of a scenic river, this traditional hotel offers comfortable rooms with pleasant furnishings. Guests can enjoy delicious meals in the excellent restaurant, which is recommended by the Collège Culinaire de France. the breakfast buffet is impressive, featuring a variety of options. the hotel also boasts a lovely quiet garden, a swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna, providing a relaxing atmosphere.
The intermittent wifi can be a minor inconvenience for some guests.

The pool was clean and refreshing, perfect for a hot day. The location of the hotel was convenient, with a picturesque river and charming village nearby. The meal in the evening was enjoyable and popular with locals.
The room was cramped and smelled musty. The wifi was slow and inconsistent, making it difficult to stay connected.
